Welcome to two parts of our deep dive in trailers, teasers, and ads The best game trailers of all time in 2019.
Some expected games are stealthily stealthily, some are intended to tell us that the game has finally ended, and there are even ads that help us buy.
All of the most memorable videos ever are included for sports. You can go to Part 1 of this article series, outsource your trailer preparation, or continue to read!
We will include Hello 3, Metal Gear Solid 5, and three trailers for the dead space, as well as two ads for Kingdom Heart and Paper Mario.
Let’s go in!

Hello 3: Hallow believes the trailer, 2007

As we have mentioned in Part 1, three of the eighteen topics we are discussing are from the Halla series. These trailers have definitely taken their place, for each specific reason.
Watch a videos of the Campaign Campaign for Hello 3, and let’s see why it stands:

Unusual attempt

Yes, this is 40 by 20 feet of diurema! This fact gives you some point of view of how different this one minute is different from the rest. Here are some other facts here A article about the move completely And several interviews:

  1. The last size of the diurema (40 by 20 feet) was much larger than the initial intention.
  2. Even in view of its outward size, the construction of the diurema was commended for four weeks.
  3. The heroes of the hero were made from the beginning, and their faces reflect the impression of human actors.
  4. Sculptures of the Testament are also the original production.
  5. About 1000 remaining roles are made of MacFarlen toys.
  6. The team used various creative methods to add structure to the buildings, from soldering iron to cabbage!
  7. They made most of it in an attempt to make it even more human, as we would talk in the next section.

Psychological traction

“Oh, death was never an enemy of ours!
We laughed, knowing that better men will come,
And maximum wars: when every proud fighter prostrates
He fights for life, for life. Not male, for flags. “
From the “Next Battle” by Wilfred Owen

These lines appear in front of each video about the campaign. Let’s take a step back to see the depth of the stake.
The diverma shows an old war between humans and foreigners between the UN space command and the Testament. On the gradual revelation of the details, you see more clearly that humans had “more than the figure, out -of -the -art, outset”. Video behind the curtain.
And as you are sitting, like the battlefield frozen, as humanity is falling in front of your eyes, you see the master chief. Believe you again

Metal Gear Solid 5: GDC Trailer, 2013

This is not the first title of metal gear in this regard! We have already talked about MGS2’s Information Trailer. This includes high graphics, cinematic in the game, and non -epic music. It is also small but still longer than curiosity. See it below, and we will discuss how the song and length work is:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xy3xyhx29xc

The curious choice of music

The trailer is a trailer theme singing through the trash. Weird, but efficient! Why? Let’s find out.

This song, which was released in 2012, is a devout song of self -identity and belonging. The lyrics express the feeling of being external, misunderstood or rebellious. Take a look at the course:

“We are not your kind of people

You look like a kind of fake

Everything is a lie

We are not your kind of people

Something in your makeup

Don’t look at the eye ”

You think the lyrics have offered the game a bit, but we think that what works it is the opposite of the visuals. The trailer has a very serious story that has scenes that are hurting you. However, this song is pleasant and charming with pop rock styles and women’s voice. The two combine a layer of irony and complexity to the trailer. (As if we are not confused enough!)
The second reason for the song that works is that it is unique in its own way. This makes the trailer standing with many other trailers that use dramatic, epic music.

There is also a third reason! This song also reflects the game’s target audience, which is likely to be young, rebellious and brave. It appeals to their sense of identity and invites them to join the characters, which are not your kind of people.
The extraordinary pieces of music did not end in 2013. Death Stranding (2019) Alternative bands closes with a piece of name through Chvrches, which works disturbing. “Lauren worked on the theme in terms of song, I think skillfully, because it stands alone as a thief record – but it’s also deeply connected to the game,” Band members say Martin Doharti.

Is still not too long

The trailer runs for 5 minutes, which is beyond the standard recommendation we give game studios. Still, he managed to keep us drowned. This is a combination of factors, including sound effects, wisely selected dialogue, and a wreckage.

The trailer uses sound effects to create a sense of immersion and stress. The song we have done above does not start unless you are already aware of ER room dialogue and bapping. Then the song is hit, which probably doesn’t really get your attention until you are not convinced that you have not yet witnessed death. Then there is a gameplay footage instead of songs, epic visuals, and cinematics. Before you know it, you will feel your own stream to collect a story from everything you’ve just seen!

As a result, the trailer is eventually engaged and has a replay value.

Dead Space: Launch Trailer, 2009

Here is another trailer that has an unconventional choice of music but more straightforward points! Deadspace is a science -fi horror game that puts the player in the role of Isaac Clark, who is an engineer, who must avoid the spread of a nightmare on a defective ship.

The trailer debuted a month before the release, told us what was about the story, captured the essence of the game, and quickly went viral. See it now:

Compatible statement

Unlike Halla and Metal Gear Trailers, the purpose of which we have discussed is to give us a story, instead of rotating us to find someone. Dead conversations, expressive title cards, and historical statements provide you with a game plot. Still, you are yearning for more. You know that something terrifying on USG Ashimora, but how? What happened to him?
Wise choice! This is not an MGS or Hallowe game, and it does not have a massive effect such as a fan base. It’s new Creators are just setting a step in the market. They are hoping that you will engage you by starting a story and a gameplay taste.
The trailer was a great success, which creates a lot of buzz and expectation. Failed to provide the game, and the dead space became a famous franchise!

Mysterious song

We discussed that the use of MGS5’s “not people like you” created a contradiction with the visuals, appealing to the target audience. Four years ago, the EA Red Wood Shores (later renamed the Vasler Games) also thought they could shake things. They did it in a different way, though!

The concept is the same: Do not use ordinary music. (In this case, it will be frightened of the notorious wire and sharp jump.) The trailer used the song “without title #7 (Dauligi)” by Iceland’s Post Rock Band Sigur Rice. To this point, the band’s usual style was pleasant, covers and meliculological music. However, the song was more aggressive and distorted, which contained heavy drums, electric guitars and sounds that were sometimes like screams.

You guessed it! The singing of the song is similar to that of a tempo and intensity game. The disappointing tone and lyrics also join hands with the game theme. Even one can argue that the foreign accent of English words in the lyrics increases the mystery and alienation of the game world.

Kingdom Heart: North America Commercial, 2002

This is not a technically trailer but a well -like teaser. We can make some light use after all foreigners and conspiracies and massacres!
It is important to know that at the time of this TV commercial, we have already learned that the game was a huge cooperation between the Square Enxes and Disney, created for the thrilling PlayStation 2. So, what can we expect? The answer was “everything and all”! View for yourself:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64b_tfnza4

There are several versions in the commercial, including a speed -up song and a different device. Why work here:

  1. They are very short (as should be ads) but filled with jam. It doesn’t matter what version you caught, you will see Disney’s characters from Jack Skillington, Tinker Bell to Samba, and Jafar to Arsola.
  2. Of course, they were not all Disney. You also saw Surah, Malfance, a dark giant, and other new characters that increased the conspiracy.
  3. All of them include title cards (with the voice over or without it) that claims about the game “about a journey where you will never know who you will run out next” and deliver claims there in the ad. You have basically no reason to think that the game will disappoint you!
  4. They all do a good job of achieving the essence of Kingdom hearts, which is a combination of old memories, adventures and emotions to this day.
  5. The song is really a mine worm, as IGN has also pointed out! If you haven’t seen it, look at it many times. You will know what we mean!

The long story was short, commercial was a wonderful achievement. The game also received critical praise, sold more than 6 million copies worldwide, and gave birth to a multimedia franchise, which included sequel, spin office, novel, manga and commercial goods. Kingdom Heart is widely regarded as the most influential game of its generation and is also a milestone in the history of entertainment and video game cooperation.

Paper Mario: North America Commercial, 2000

Kingdom heart was new when the previous trade was broadcast. It may be easier to market. But if you have already been established, what will you do, like Super Mario? You may try a new angle. Maybe that angle will be funny and funny!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzskutwzyea

By the time of this teaser, the Super Mario Games had already been 3D. Paper Mario was a good return to the old 2D, which was old but still needed a little push. The teaser works for the reasons below:

  1. It reaffirms the basic super Mario story, and reminds the audience for all the good times.
  2. This is a wonderful showcase that says that although the game is 2D, it is not a step behind. “Of course, there is no new story at all, but you’ll like the gameplay!”
  3. It’s just comedy! From taking a slightly “paper” in a straight action, everything comes together to entertain the paper and the sheep who want to play the game, to entertain. You, in return, end thinking that the game should be fun too!

This commercial is still popular and has drawn a lot of attention in 2000. The game received itself review and high appreciation, which sold more than 1.3 million copies worldwide and became a great seller for Nintendo 64. Door: Thousand -year -old door: king
