Pay 3 developer Star Brees Studios has announced that it has signed a contract with Plan to get the play’s publication rights. The company says the deal will allow it to accelerate its content development plans for Pay Day3, and will achieve “wider strategic opportunities” for the Pay Day franchise.
To secure the deal, the Star Brees released 4 3.4 million in new shares-which represents 10 % of its outstanding shares-its previous salary is mostly sold to pay the plane under 3 contracts and “some outstanding” claims. Interestingly, Star Brees has indicated In its announcement, in the new Pay Day projects, it will continue to work with Plan on the “Future Pay Day franchise” projects as part of its long -term strategy.
After the successful Pay -2 heels, Pay Day 3 left for a rocky start when launched in 2023. The game was surrounded by various technical issues, fewer player numbers, and just an essential online requirement that proved to be extremely unpopular with the Pay Day community. Star Brees CEO Tobias Sajjogen left the company in 2024 and the Studio announced plans to improve the game through various patches as part of an effort titled Medical Bags.
Beyond Pay, Star Brees is also working on the Dangens and Dragon game for all major platforms. There is not much information about the game, but it is expected to be released in 2026.
