Sometimes being a thousand -year -old is paid. Certainly, many of us will probably never own a home and they are rolled out of students’ loans, but every person born between the early 1980s and the mid -1990s had the opportunity to observe and experience the incredible evolution of both video games and skateboarding.
I remember for the first time I played Tony Hawk’s Pro Scator Games. It was Christmas 2001 when I got Pro -Scotter 3 for Game Cube, as well as the World Industries Flame Boy Deck, with my first skateboard. I was obsessed with playing the Pro Scator 2 at N64 with my fellow gaming friends, and eventually he was snatched a copy. The Pro Scator not only encouraged me to find a world of skateboarding, which caused him to be the Benjun watching X games and pleaded with his parents to take me to Tony Hawk’s Boom Boom Hook jam, but also forced me to find my life more than 20 years of my life. He was very important for promoting my personality year, and although I stopped playing the Pro -Scotter 4 and the underground series, I often revealed that these initial THPS Games have now created a 35 -year -old Dorke Punk.
Fast Forward has been released for many years, and Tony Hawk’s Pro Scotter 1 + 2 Remax and became a huge success that turned the series mainly after the Fail Pro Scator 5. When I heard that the Joint Tony Hawk’s Pro Scator 3 + 4 remake was eventually happening with a new studio, Iron Galaxy, who had previously worked with activation and vessels. Will my muscle memory come back, or will it feel like learning exactly a new game? Will it maintain the same anxiety and passion as it will fall like originates, or fall off the rails-no intention of pinning? After having the opportunity to find a few hours of the remake, I just had to say: Sassy, skating 12 years of skating, I can’t be happy.
Our childhood corrected
Before I decided to sink into new features, I need to retrieve my muscle memory and target old feelings by booting the classic Pro Scator 3 Level Foundry-Meta Rail Paradise for Iconic Factory Players, so it would be interesting to see if it is interesting to change.
In the Pro -Scotter 3 + 4 remake, Iron Galaxy reproduced the old maps from the ground instead of merely reproducing the old maps. The new engine feels fresh but still according to the original design. Just blowing through these dynamic fires and bothering all factory workers still feels the same, except now it is so crisp, you can almost feel the heat from both. I have not experienced this level in more than 20 years, yet me. It was as if I had returned to Junior High, grinding the pipes, and Like Rodney Mullen, Guard trains “The Boye’s Boy, which destroyed the world”.
It was not a challenge for me to go back to my drain because the control felt very low and free, making it easier to engage in the comfortable routines to practice nasal grinding and find some wild combus more and more creative ways. At some point, I noticed that I was inaccessible, beating these 50-70K Point Combus within just an hour of rotating. In the preview event, there were some Pro Players who showed their skills to show how smooth the gameplay was. A player kept in particular 10-25 million points, which makes it look so smooth, which also shows how much control the controls are. Even if you have never played the Tony Hawk Game or were never skilled in them, it’s so fun and easy that you are riding on your board, find maps and practice.

Although I love to live my childhood days with better graphics and gameplay, there is a controversial feature that the Iron Galaxy has been returned to the remake. Instead of offering Tony Hawk’s Pro -Scotter 4 -Free Ram Career mode, Iron Galaxy decided to return to the first three pro -skater titles in the original two -minute timer. Many fans, including me, were skeptical about this decision, but after trying to examine every challenge within the limit of this tension, I realized: something about this two -minute timer is immediately engaged. The memories of the initial pace and repeated resumes to nail a specific run were an old challenge for me, such as trying a tough run or testing a new weapon with a tough boss fight.
Game Director Kurt Till Men told the group that the idea behind bringing the two -minute timer back is “a, harmony product that will not overwhelm the new players”, and felt that the Pro -Scator 3 format is the roots and gameplay of the series. He mentioned that players would have an option for a long time limit, but they encourage them to start with two minutes. I am interested in seeing how long the game will react to both long -time fans and new players.
gnarly new things
Tony Hawk’s Pro Scator has been adding more than a decade to add new maps, so I had to check the most expected in the remake so far: the missing waterpark.
This park really represents everything that is about Tony Hawk’s Pro Scator: a fun, exploited map that is full of stupid Easter eggs, and seemingly endless and new and creative combinations. At the time you start the level, you are above the water slide ride, which is perfectly designed to test some new tricks, and is presented with a beautiful map view, which I can only describe as the skatebrider’s Disneyland.
You may not have a Tony Hawk game without iconic sound track, but this remake works by adding amazing new songs to a fans’ favorite classic type. Some of the biggest successful films of the series, such as motorhead “S -Speeds” and CKK “96 bitter creatures” (both of them have shaped my anger, young years), we have modern skate anthem such as “Dog Year” and Danny Brown’s “Yukitimsin”. I almost forgot how satisfying it was to ride in the suburbs, while blasting the batsman’s “not one”, which immediately. Just turn memories of many of my unsuccessful attempts to 360 Veders.

When it comes to the selection of the skater in the Tony Hawk series, I usually live with the OG profession, as I am like Rodney Mullen, Eric Coston, or Bob Berkoast, but when I heard that Bam Margira and Andy Anderson will join the roster, I was pressing their gameplay. The fans have expected Bam Marjra since the presentation at Pro Scator 3, and it is another Pro -Scator with which I have grown. When interviewing about joining the 3 + 4 remake, Bam replied, “I will let myself play video games again,” because it would be good. ” On the other hand, Andy Anderson is a new skater known for the unique combination of classical and modern tricks and always wears helmets. During his interview with Andy, he mentioned that he had grown up in the Tony Hawk Games, the American Westland is his favorite, so it was a dream to be invited. Andy said that when he saw himself as a qualified character, he could just think, “indifferent friends, it is literally from every angle.” We still have to watch the balm game play, but it seems that Andy Anderson’s role adopts his style exactly.
I am very interested in seeing how the online multi -player will work, considering that this has been a problem in the Tony Hawk titles in the past, which had limits of gameplay. According to Iron Galaxy, the THPS 3 + 4 cross platform players can help eight players, so hopefully there will be more varieties for online games and we will not need to deal with these long loading screens.
A beautiful sandbox
From what we’ve seen so far, Tony Hawk’s Pro Scator 3 + 4 remake is a beautiful sandbox for classic and new players. Amazing new and newly maps, the huge roster of dear scatters, and the incredible playlist contained in the game gives me high hopes for restructuring Iron Galaxy as the next studio. The remake manages to feel new, while Tony also respects the roots of the pro -skater and the roots of the aspects that make it the most unique and cute video game series so far.
