I got my first look at The Vachers 3 in E3 2013 (they say three times faster), and the PC gamer readers with duty assumed that although Jerlat can also be a beautiful wild man and a hunter, it does not mean that “wild hunting” does not mean. To be told, this term was new to me.
Witcher 3 on 10
To celebrate her 10th birthday, all this week we are looking at Witcher 3 – and also waiting for her upcoming sequel. More features and retreats are re -examined, as well as deep interviews with developers that revive the game.
A decade and a change later and The Vacher is now one of the world’s most recognized fantasy series. Even my mother knows about the Netflix Show, though I am not sure if she goes through the first episode about Wazard with a sex tower.
Vachar 3 is also one of the sports that the PC gamer has celebrated and covered the most in its 30 -year history. We have a special, sometimes strange relationship with the game (you must have heard about the obsession of our tub). For the 10th anniversary of Witcher 3, here is a short history of this relationship.
Review: One time when PC came to second
Put your mind back to the past: 10 years ago. This is a long time in terms of PC gaming. Steam Green Light was still around, no one was talking about ‘extracting shooters’, and although we thought the CD project as PC developer, it was not surprising to us that the copies of the PC review were available for Vachar 3’s console reviews.
“Although Vacher 3 review copies were sent for PlayStation 4 more than a week ago, the PC code is missing in the process despite being already loaded on steam,” we wrote at the moment to explain why we have not yet had a review. “Bandai Namko tells us that this is because a big day of a big day has not been finalized on the PC for today’s review, but they will be ready for release worldwide next Tuesday.”
(If it seems strange to see the Bandai Namko there, it is strange, it is another sign that it has changed: After that the CD project relied on Bandai Namko and Warner Bruce to help publish physical copies of its sports in Europe and North America, respectively.)
These days, these are often console versions that reviewers have to wait, while a patch of one day is finalized and confirmed. How far have we come!
When we published our Vachar 3 review a week after console outlets, we gave it 92 %. This is a lot of score for us, though it was a sign from the score that appears on our metal gear solid 5 reviews this year, which I…
A short general questionnaire about our 2015
Which sport did the PC Gamer Award Game in 2015?
Metal gear solid 5 was our 2015.
Did anyone argue that it should be Witcher 3 instead?
Yes, they did.
Did someone indicate that this is a kind of strange thing Give Vacher 3 ‘Best Single Player’ Award Although MGS5 was also a single player game, mostly?
Yes, I think some people mentioned it.
PC Gamer too Declated Death Standing Goti in 2020. Are you in love with Hudo Kojima?
In my time, the main reason for the feelings of injury in the PC gamer is the disagreement over how much appreciation or appreciation of the Kojima Games. (Don’t joke.)
Do you not be awarded Witcher 3 Goty in 2015?
Talking for ourselves, I like that we chose to celebrate the MGS5 system -driven design. Our gates are often consistent with popular feedback (Baldor’s Gate 3), but if our way is to predict what most people agree with, which will perform better with a poll. MGS5 won its qualities, as was decided by the PCG team at that time, and it would always be a great job we can do.
(But I am sure that after some of us who were around, we will have a strong debate for Witcher 3 at the end of 2015.)
Was the most controversial gotta chun in the MGS 5 pc gamer?
We chose Spellonk in 2013 and people were very crazy about it.
Top 100: From Got Snow to #1
It may not have won our 2015 Getty Award, but it’s not too late when Vachar became the top game of 3 PC gamers. All The year we publish a new list of top 100 games every year, and in 2016 we keep Vachar 3, large -scale impact 2 and previous champions such as Skyrium and Half Life 2.
“Wow! Our game at the top of all these amazing games on this list … I am a bit lost with words,” said Conrad Tomaskoichs, Game Director of Vachar 3, at that time. “That means we have a lot of meaning, proving that we have worked hard that we have put in the The Victor 3: Wild Hunt and both expansion time spent well.”
Vachar 3 stayed in this place, even in 2019 Divinity: The real sin 2 (thanks to the refreshing edition of its definitive edition). The original sin 2 was erected by Disco Elsem in 2020, which was eventually seized by the Gate 3 of Baldour last year.
In the list of our current 100 PC games published last year, Vachar is sitting on 3 #6.
And now, tub
We were really, gifting. We could not know that one day we would have a small but real relationship with Henry Cuue who was soaking in a tub in the light of a candle.
This was the current Global Editor of the PC Gamer, Phil Sewage, who started it. And really didn’t have much: We just used the Geralet’s screenshot in the tub about Vachar 3 in articles because it looks ridiculous.
People saw on Twitter. Some of them were happy. Others were crazy about it. So we kept doing it.
If they were asked why we were posting the icon of the tub, I would sometimes say that we had no other screenshot of Vacher 3, which once forced the PR person to email me with more screenshots. We don’t stop
Some people, the GAG, was a political statement, and we received some angry messages about “double standards”. I just liked to keep a little alive, but I would love to believe that Tub Jerolat brought good things to the world:
In 2021, when the “hottub streams” became one thing on the Tweep, we did not waste the opportunity, nor on the CD project. The developer re -mobilized a jerrent couplier to the tub scene.
We have released a loop of the tub scene for hours, we have occasionally played clips of the Gerald Dialogue from the soundboard. (Yes, one of us was playing voice clips manually.)
We saved the stream on YouTube. See:

And don’t forget the Big Gerald!
After Moder Voteslav published a raised jerk face from Vacher 3’s files, a lesser -known Geralat Latifa resulted in this. We called it a “Big Gerald”.
If I am honest, I like Jerlat more than Tub Jarlat. He is very comfortable. It still appears when we write about the ultra -wide display.
Max Witcher 3 coverage of PC Gamer
We have written a lot about Vacher 3 in the last 10 years. Here are some more highlights:
