There is an excellent line between “Grand” and “Grand Fury”.
‘Reality Wars’ is the doctor’s largest, wild and strange event this season – and possibly so far. During the extended 66 minutes, it revolves around several old characters, a residential villain, some unexpected time, lord lore, multiple facts, and the final reorganization of the doctor’s doctor’s doctor.
But the big means does not always mean good. There are many amazing moments in ‘Reality War’, especially in its last half, but it also draws a weak conclusion about the story of Belinda Chandra, and even more clearly more clearly more clearly than it is more clearly more clearly than it. This is a lot of appreciation for taking a lot and – even after seeing the cards on the table – even after watching, I am still not fully sure how I feel about it and where it leaves the show.
Destructive for ‘Reality Wars’
In this case, the same place has been chosen where the ‘Wish World’ has been left. The ground is cracking open and the doctor is entering the Underworld. Before he loses forever, however, a magic door opens and reveals Anita – last year’s Christmas Special Stef de Wheli’s charming breakout character, really happy return.
Anita saves the doctor, only in the good of the time. With his original memoir and personality rehabilitation, the doctor plans to free his friends from the concrete reality of the Conrad. However, this creates a major problem, however: bringing the world of desire to bring Baby Poppy (Sina-Robin Mawanga-Peps) from existence and will also erase his parents-doctor and Belinda-this is unacceptable.
Among all the strange choices made in this incident, the Belinda story line resolution is the same as the most strange. Bell was introduced this season as a strong aspiring nurse, whose encouragement was merely to go back to home and in normal life, which his union was stolen from him. Conrad’s desire turns her into a housewife. But when the real reality is restored, and the characters return to their normal, they are still the mother of the poppy, a character that unexpectedly becomes a clear feature in this event.
You can see how the script has reached this point. Russell T Davis likes the idea of a powerful doctor who is dying to save a single human life. It is in the 10th doctor that ‘at the end of the time’ Bernard Caribines’ was sacrificed for the Wolf, and resonated once again in his race to restore Poopi. The problem is that the doctor is no longer a father until the end of the incident, while Belinda has become a very poppy mother – something that he has ever said.
Now, you can argue that she makes a choice in the scene where she faces both the queen and the unit. At the same moment she makes it clear that she loves the poppy and will do anything to save her life. “I remember she’s my daughter,” says Belinda. “And if I remember it, that’s true.” But these memories were imposed on his life by the sexual vision of the world of Conrad. Belinda has changed primarily from the closing moments of the ‘Reality War’, partially through his time with the doctor, but to a large extent – and now his story is described by both the actions of poisonous men.
But I am moving beyond myself-how much time. The doctor, together with two Rance (and blessed Davis for this semen from Mrs. flood from Mrs. Flood, succeeded in demanding Omega, which has now become more size and reasonably weird skeleton monster. The new queen was killed, Mrs. Flood – easily more interesting version of this character – escaped, and the doctor defeated Omega with a vendor.
There is no doubt that a doctor with a large gun with a large gun will raise an eyebrow on a doctor, but it is well -known to make the Vandcator the entire season key for both the doctor and the queen. There is also a pleasant legendary standard for the doctor’s image for returning this doctor’s monster to hell.
There are still about 30 minutes left on the clock at this point and it is here that the event personally takes the biggest turn. Dr. and Belinda started planning their lives with Poopi in a Tordis scene that is played both beauty and restless, happy new parents send their baby’s coat forward as it slowly goes out of existence. This gives Gibson some strong material, as Ruby tries to please his best friend and then units that the reality has changed around them.
Ruby’s last defeat is also effective. He is used by this person to use and emotionally abuse. That she chooses the power of desire not to punish her, but rather give her an unsafe opportunity to start in a new life – where she is truly happy and no longer is bitter – though it is beautiful and hopeful, even though it is bitter. Of course he goes away from the skate -free! However, finally, Ruby chooses kindness for revenge and more than the doctor who does not give more message.
“It’s good for me …”
But the last few minutes, naturally, belong to the doctor. That NCTI Gatua is probably leaving the show this season, which has been rumored for months now, so it is not a surprise to see it re -creating it here – especially when the rest of the event has worked hard to bring all its old friends together.
After just 19 episodes in the character, it is a shame to see it going so quickly. This season really began to find out in its specific version of its character, but it seems that there are many rooms left to discover. Perhaps we will see the 15th doctor again one day, but now it is good, in a long farewell scene he unexpectedly shares with Judy Whitekar’s 13th doctor.
Witer’s chemo is very happy, by the way, the two actors have been played perfectly and a precision is written which lacks some other parts of the event. “I love you,” says Gatwa’s doctor, “I never say such things … I should say that Yaz!” In which Gatwa gently added, “You never do.” Beautiful, well decisive writing and, to steal a word from the 15th doctor’s dead moments, is happy to see the vitaker back to the role.
And so for the future, and to Billy Piper, returning to the show, he kicks his acting career, but in a very different role. We do not know what’s ahead for the show, or what is for piper in this role, though its casting is a strong indication that Davis and BBC, at least, Do The board plans to continue with or without Disney. You don’t cast a busy actor and writer like Piper unless you actively plan to work with them.
Taking a step back from the curious mixture of happiness, sincerity, entertainment and anger that I felt looking at the ‘reality war’, it seems clear that, as a piece of episodic drama, it was the weakest episode in another strong season. Good, bad and really strange confused – in the latter camp we can re -introduce Susan in the ‘Intertestiler Song Competition’, just for that they are completely eliminated from the season. Is there something cut, or it, the last moment of the “boss”, is another tampering for the future? Time will tell, but for now, it looks like a falling ball.
And yet, I like this season, this season, this doctor, and this version of the show. I have enjoyed all episodes, even when – like ‘Lucky Day’ – I was not 100 % convinced of them. Gatova, Setho, and Gibson have been a charismatic Tords team, and I have praised the show’s attention on the new villains of Delux, Cyberman and Master on a large number of new villain. In many horrible years around the world, which is the latest, I have also praised the show’s touching hope, generosity of the soul, and warm humanism.
Part of becoming a doctor, the fans are accepting that sometimes the show is more than his grip. As I said at the top, there is an excellent line between “Grand” and “Grand Fury”. After the ‘Reality War’, the points later than my choice, but his hearts are undoubtedly in the right place. And I can’t wait to wait for what happens next.
Doctor Kin: Now the ‘Reality War’ is out on Disney Plus and the BBCI player.
