With the expectation of some other movements before the start of the new season, you can make all updates yourself with some easy steps. As an alternative, you can create a custom squad from your bucket lists and use them in different sports methods.
How to customize rosters in MLB 25
If you have played the previous MLB show games, it is likely that you will already know the process. In case MLB Show 25 What is your first entry in the series, just keep following the steps mentioned in this guide.
- Open the game and go to the main screen.
- You will see a paint brush icon to the top right. Click on it and select the second option, “Roster Control”.
- Choose the roster control once again. It will open a complete set of teams available within the game. You can edit the MLB, AAA, and AA team squad (as shown in the screenshot).

- Click on a team you want to edit to open a fresh move.
- If you want to move a player from one team to another, select the player’s move.
- Lineups allow you to customize the initial squad and bench options.
- Pitching rotation allows you to edit the bulpin.
- If you want to promote, demot, or import a player from a team, manage the roster/import player.
Once you work with all your changes, save them to create a custom roster. Once the changes are secured, you can load it to play with a custom roster (like the “roster” in the following screenshot).

If you want to produce and use a number of custom roster in the game, it is easily possible. Just ensure the use of specific names to avoid being mixed between them. Squads can be used in all available game methods, excluding the Diamond family.
