AMD just gave us FSR 4’s first look at an important update, called “Red Stone”. The new update is about to arrive in the second half of this year, and it seems like a catch -up phase to counter NVIDIA’s recent efforts with DLSS.
The top is the top nerve radiation catches, which the AMD says, “Permanently learns how the light in a scene is bouncing indirectly and storing indirect light”. The FS4 Red Stone will also be reorganized better than machine learning, which will also be included in the frame generation tech along with some other machine learning magic (not really magic, I know).
And of course. A very shiny AMD-indeed car to demonstrate it. The news has come out like a surprise, but you are really typing at your laptop at a press conference so that you can catch you. The technical details are still thin on the ground, but it all looks at least on the paper.
In my opinion, it shows that the AMD machine is included in the advanced and improved image tech, and hopefully there is some jumps in efforts to catch NVIDIA. If surely all these claims come out.
When the FSR curve looks a bit backward than the NVIDIA efforts, AMD is committed to providing fast and some real competition at this location. Perhaps the popularity of RX 9070 and RX 9070 Xt has been a bit inspired, or maybe AMD team Green is implementing a grand plan to close this gap.
It’s really affected in the GPU market, is it? Exciting times
