The Ubesoft Ivory Tower revealed more details about the upcoming offline mode for staff 2, confirming that the “hybrid” mode will allow them to further improve offline mode and release it later this year.
Last year, Ubesoft offered fans of the 2014 racing game the staff when it took offline the game servers, and called it irreparable. Although the players are sued by Ubesoft, the staff is offline. He said, Other Games of the Ubesoft Series, staff 2 and staff: Offline Mode Updates for Motor Fest and today, in a new video released on April 24, they provided more details.
It is mostly focused on staff 2, as the game will find the first offline mode. Earlier, a “hybrid” format for staff 2 will be issued, which will allow players to change between online and offline play. Producer Gregory Korgi explained in the video that this hybrid approach, in conjunction with the player testing of the internal program, will allow the Ubisoft Ivory Tower to “improve and balance the content” in the preparation of a wide release at the end of 2025.
As far as the staff’s motor fest is concerned, Korgi made it clear that he preferred to get offline mode in the first staff 2. Meanwhile, Korgi says motor fest players can expect direct services “for the coming years”.
Staff 2’s hybrid and offline methods will begin on the PC, but eventually it will come to the PS4 and Xbox One ports.
