The MCU (the universe associated with Marvel) was a record -breaking success on the big screen, but the same MGU (Marvel Gaming Universe) plans were apparently abolished because Disney was worried about becoming a dreamy dream.
Alex Aryan, the author of the author and the miracle rivals, said so much The fourth veil Podcast, stating that when he first started working with the superhero factory, “it was thought that he was going to create a Marvel Gaming universe that was (like) in the MCU.”
Boss Alex Seropian, co -founder of Bongi and former Disney Interactive Studios, supported the claims. “This was my move,” he says. “It was a pre -MCU, but it was not financed.”
Basically, projects like Marvel’s Spider -Man, Marvel’s Blade, and EA’s upcoming Black Panther Games will be present with the same continuity and with each other, a La Di Avengers films. Irwin describes his view that it also contains organs, so developers can “link to comics” and “loop” in anything or “do real things.”
Some thoughts seem to be brutally proud, but this is why MGU has never moved forward. “Even then, we were trying to find out, ‘If this is going to be MGU, how is it different from the comedians? How is it different from the movies? How do we decide if it is permanent?’ And I think some of these questions have become quite complicated that there were people in Disney who did not really want to deal with them. “
With justice, there is a luxury of being able to predict the release dates (and, mostly, reliably killing them) at Movie Studios. Nevertheless, the MCU regularly goes through expensive resots and the crispover of the comedy book is sometimes delayed, while many different authors and artists try to blow the work. Games suffer even more tasty and creative changes and, often, delays. Disney did not do itself, nor did so many developers under his umbrella have enough developers to work on several home sports, so I imagine that if you are distributing production between several outdoor teams, maintaining a permanent continuity is almost impossible to make your own problem.
No matter to being worried, there is a ton 2025 and beyond new games.
