Yes, I feel like it. Of course you always strive to be the best and qualify for tournaments, and try to win the tournament. If you want to change my mentality if you want to win this tournament, I just want to reach the play office for ‘I want to qualify for this tournament’.
This is a different way of thinking. It is difficult for me to express it in English. I’m glad we are developing now and qualifying for tournaments, we have a solid path moving, but of course I want more.

He only joined the roster, it was very fast. He came from a team from the Academy in Brazil, so it is not too much experience to play or play as a team, so he is learning a lot and learning fast, which is a good thing. Let’s see how he performs under pressure, if he does the biggest thing.
When we played a qualifier for the Major, I think he did a very good performance, so he did not overwhelm the main round, so hopefully he will only learn from it and develop further.

What is it that an academy has to pick up a player from an academy compared to a pig squad? Does this benefit you to have someone who was in a structure before?
This is difficult to say because you have all kinds of players. Sometimes they come from an academy and they have no more experience or way to play life, so it is easy for me to have the mentality I want on this boy.
Sometimes it is even more difficult because it needs to learn many CS concepts, even playing as a team, a lot of strategies that he does not have in his play set. This is a mixture, it is good that someone who can learn like sponge, but it’s a lot of work, it’s a lot of pressure. In this sense, all players are a kind of new, not only MLH Zen, all players are learning a lot through this process.

Zavi had gone to some big companies before, what is his attitude?
I think Zavi has to find more comfort in the game, because when he is comfortable and confident, he plays very well, he’s going for the killings and he is hitting shots that is hard, but his mindset … he needs to find a place where he is comfortable and confident. If he is confident, he is an amazing player, so it’s all about it. I am trying to put him in the best positions he wanted to play, and let him lose a little, to find the groove for it. It comes over time.
The CS has this thing, you look like a jerner, if you go to Winstick, you get more confidence and it gets even better. This is like a snowball effect, it is the same thing for each team. If we get a vastic, if we manage to go through the first phase, I am confident that it is going to improve in the second phase. This snobical effect really works well with boys, if they are happy and win, they are even better.
What are your expectations coming, as is one of the lowest seeds?
I think we have a great opportunity to go to the second phase, just because we have played some teams from this phase and we know we are eligible to defeat them. Even for the qualifier, we faced some teams that are hard, even inherited, and we felt that we were ready. When we play matches and we get ready, we play better. What is your role in trying to make sure that the nerves do not come in? Because you have three very young rifles, and Zavi is young.
I think this is the biggest thing whenever I try to play for the team. As I did in Farya, I had some parasites and things that have a place to work around. They have a way to go, they do not need to choose the path, they just play their game on the way. How have you adapted to this mentality as an IGL? Do you think they need more structure as young players?
Yes definitely they need more … it’s not like coaching, but they need to tell someone what they do, because they are like the diaper (laughing) players, they need to guide them. After some time they will be preparing senses who are going to help them accept this responsibility and to take these steps themselves, but it takes time. It is difficult to take these things.
Within the team we change the role a lot, no one was held in the role of character, as the Period was playing in key positions, star positions in the team, and nowadays he is like anchor. So he has not had much time in those positions, he has to learn to play them, so I don’t expect the new greed will play in those positions and know what to do in every case, it is difficult for them. So far everything is happening so fast, and we are not really 100 % ready in every position on each map, so I’m helping them more to do what I do.
