There were minor references to the secret level (such as the UGSF logo on a sheet) but I believe this is the first official confirmation.
Thought it was worth a thread because very few people know about this timeline and fans sometimes speculate whether it has been abandoned. Like last year, you see references in various bonds Namko Games (at one point he even suggested that his music project Denonbo also has it).
