Blue Prince Has A Toe In Excellence And Frustration

I am surprised by the Blue Prince. I spent this week staring at the picture frames and writing a basketball place on the ball rack because they look like that. May be Something Or maybe they aren’t? Or maybe they Are And the game wants me to ignore them? Blue Prince is a puzzle game where you go through something for ten hours, make a revelation, and then say to yourself, “Wait, was there. Full time?

It is full of excellent types of puzzles that require background thinking, using concepts that are not always immediately clear, but come together after finding hidden indicators in many rooms of the Sanklear Mansion. It is full of puzzles that you will not be able to get into the guess, and I love them.

Blue Prince also has some incredibly Asinine puzzles that are disappointing because they do not need background thinking. Instead, their solutions are all kinds of things that the player will not be able to integate himself, and I’m not sure how someone was able to solve Without Evaluate their path until their influence solution.

Impossible to balance a puzzle game

Blue Prince Has A Toe In Excellence And Frustration

Puzzle Games require the balance. The best walk is a very delicate line of giving a lot of information to the player so that he can solve the puzzle but do not hold his hand by solution. A puzzle game has failed if the player is able to find a solution because the information is being eliminated or if the solutions are so uncertain that the player needs to find a guide.

However, what is difficult to find this balance, is that the player’s intelligence varies from one person to another, which means that a person who feels incredibly difficult, the other may be very easy to find. A good puzzle game like Obra Dunn’s returns provides all his information to the player, and if he eliminates the need for a solution to Google, he should be able to see where he is going wrong with his logic. For a bad puzzle game, players need to think irrationally to solve their puzzles.

The disappointing thing about the Blue Prince for me is that it contains both kinds of puzzles: something where you are given appropriate information to solve time and experience and some where you are not, and I advise you that when the game is not asking you, thinking about things to find yourself just to find solutions.

Good puzzles of Blue Prince

Pick the screen in the Magnifing Glass Item Blue Prince.

To discuss it properly, I will need to give a warning warning for the puzzle solution for the Blue Prince. In particular, I’m going to worsen the solutions to Bodoire and Office Safe Puzzles and the Dark Room Puzzle.

I think the Dark Room Puly is an incredible puzzle in the Blue Prince. This requires many work at the same time throughout the mansion. First of all, the player needs to pull the dark room and realize that there are pieces of information inside him that they cannot see because of the lights. Then they need to pull the breaker room so that the lights can be overturned and a magging glass can be obtained so that in fact it is able to read the information that is on every picture in the dark room.

The puzzle requires a lot of intimidation by the player and they force them to think logistics about how they need tools to see the information hidden in the dark room. This is a solution that may not be immediately available to them, but after a lot of time and experience with the Blue Prince, they will eventually be able to connect everything together. No note from me.

Bodoire and Office Safe Puzzles are a different story. Both Safs have numbers locks with a hidden solution somewhere in the room.

Blue Prince’s Bad Puzzles

Christmas photo in the Blue Prince.

In Bodoire, a picture of Saif has been erected as a gift on Christmas Eve. This is clearly an important gesture for its combination solution, so I tried to check the picture with a meganfaying glass, I tried to count the color lights in the picture so that the code could be mixed together, but I couldn’t find anything. I tried to find a solution and thought I still didn’t have that much information to solve it, but I would keep my eyes open for more. After searching for several more hours, I didn’t find anything. I went to the room and, for the first time in my playthrough, I found a solution. It turns out that the Safe code is 1225, Christmas history.

The problem with this puzzle is that it is very easy and there are clashes with the logic that you need to think about the rest of the mystery for the game. The Blue Prince has asked the player to consider that the former mansion of the mansion will work to solve many of his puzzles. You need to think about the logical steps that people have taken to understand their goals of keeping things with them. There is no reason why the Safe code will be 1225 in addition to the Christmas -protected image.

I had a similar problem with the Office Safe puzzle. To solve this code, the player needs to count and reduce the total number of buses found in the entire room. There is no indication that the player should degrade any number, his purpose is just to know that… nothing. A guess

The problem with these solutions is that they tell the player how people behave. Why is the office Safe solution based on the shopping list found in the desk, which will be together with the number of buses in the room? Why will the safe combination be appointed on 12-25, besides the simple fact that it was given to the owner on Christmas Eve? I think they are an easy solution, but when the game is permanently expecting the player’s, galaxy brain deductions, they feel completely out of place.

Fine line

I’m not just following the logic that the Blue Prince is lying for me with some of his puzzles. Many people were able to solve the puzzles of safe codes without help, but I do not understand how they could potentially come to the solutions they came to play without any guess. I think it’s poor.

It all talks about the problem that comes up with a balance of the puzzle. Although my confidence in the Blue Prince’s puzzles is a bit shaken, when it comes to the quality of the game puzzle, I get the puzzles as a safe combination. However, the disappointing part for me is that when I play, I would probably choose to look at things if I get stumps for a long time now I know the puzzles can be out of the logical line for me.

It is also possible that I am just dumb.
