I have many interests, and half of them add my PC to a shape or shape. But I moved the country a few years ago, and that meant that a reasonable part of my tech collection was to be rebuilt. Courser has shown a version of one of his cases, which has a DAC, which may only have to lift me when it comes to the market. An outdoor DAC connected to a PC, which allows you to be trapped in traditional IO.
Showed at the Course Booth in Computer 2025, the lucky participants (including some of the PC Gamer team) received a glimpse of the frame 4000D case, the case that is already available to buy, but with absolutely new accessories below.
Effectively, with this new prototype, you can plug into the guitar or microphone to apply the effects, record your music, or use it as AMP.
This new DAC accessories also mean that you can plug it into audio source and get a better sound without which you will do without it. A DAC (or digital for analog converter), as the name shows, converts digital audio signals into analog audio signals, which says it can better reproduce the digital sound fed to your vein.
Modern computers can replace digital audio locally, but they do not look as good as dedicated. Computer sound cards often come with their DAC, but it is not like high quality like the external dedicated DAC.
It’s really easy. The standard 4000D case comes with two USB type-a ports, a type-C-USB port, and a ox jack below, while it comes with a new prototype audio jack, device cable input, a USB type-A port, a type-C-USB port, and a gan noob. This new prototype can replace the panel below the 4000D case.
Course frame 4000d There is a modular matter, because you may be able to guess from the fact that you can exchange this DAC prototype like a musical Lego block. Its price is reasonable, it looks great, and it has a rail growing system so that the fans can be integrated quickly for air flow.
Competex 2025
Catch up with Competex 2025: We are watching the halls of Taiwan’s biggest tech show once again to see what NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Asus, Gigabyte, MSI and more.
We do not yet have a price on this DAC accessories, as it is still a prototype and we do not have the guarantee that it will really be launched. However, it not only looks great nor very easy, but it seems as if it will save space.
Now my interface is Scarlett 2I2 (the third general), but it is a bit upset to use it as a DAC because of its price and its space and the space that is taken in its place, so it seems perfect to pop up accessories on my computer and take no extra room. Someone can only hope that this frame is the beginning of more IO additions for 4000D.
