Frostpunk Is Getting An Unreal Engine 5 Remake With New Content And Mod Support

Developer 11 -bit studios have announced that the 2018 City Building Surrendant Simulator Frestpnik is being re -formed in unrealistic engine 5, as Frestpnik 1886, the developer has announced by 11 -bit studios, and it will include new content as well as official mode support.

In a press release, 11 -bit studios explained that while its 2024 sequel Frostpank 2 will continue to receive new material updates, they now want to have a new foundation for the origin that the studio’s proprietary liquid engine, which was previously used to build Flastpink, is no longer in growth.

Because of this, the team caused the use of the unrealistic engine of the Epic Games for its upcoming remake, but the 11 -bit made it clear that Frostpank, 1886, which is released in 2027, will not be just a visual update. This will include new content, mechanics, rules and a new purpose for players as they try to arrange a settlement between frozen, subsequent alternative history. As far as the name is, “1886” refers to an important moment in the universe of the game, when the great storm landed on New London for the first time.

The 11 -bit said that the frostpink would also include official mood support in 1886, which is a long application of the game community, but it was impossible due to the limits of a liquid engine. Remack can also get new DLC content in the future.
