Cherry is famous for his mechanical keyboard switches within the gaming community, but no one will also connect the reader German brand with high quality keyboards. Perhaps, I can dare to, keyboards that lean towards ugly.
Not KW9100 Slim. Although its square edges, square keys and simple Black Fine will not appeal to everyone, this wireless keyboard will make any desk smart, professional. This is a solid piece of equipment, and Cherry claims that the service life of each key is 10 million activities. I cannot imagine that the key labels will stay for this long time, but they should avoid a two -year warranty.
The key action uses the cherry SX scissors switch, which is down but satisfactory. I prefer the action of the Lajtic MX Keys, but the KW9100 slim is calm. What you do not find is the back lighting of the logistics, which is just a symbol of light that includes numbers, scrolls and caps lock keys indicators.
This lack of light is the opposite battery life. I recharge myself to the MX Cases every week, but I suspect that the kilowatt 9100 slim charges will continue for a few months. It is easy to do, with a USB-C port in the rear, with a switch that allows you to flicker in the box between Bluetooth and Nano USB recipients (this model supports only Windows, but Mac versions exist).
Do not immediately throw the box, as the inside is a magnetic foot that is connected to the rear of the keyboard. So if you like to raise your keyboards instead of lying completely flat, you have the option. It snaps with enthusiasm, so I never worried that I threw the keyboard around my desk.
There is nothing like this keyboard. It does not have the backlight of its logistics competitor, nor the ability to flicker between Bluetooth partners on a button press, and its “extra” web browser, Windows calculator and volume control (though you use cherry software). Its shape is just as suppressed. But if you are looking for a reliable, calm keyboard for an office rollout or your own setup, it performs and should continue for years.
