Actor Michael Douglas is apparently surpassing the role of his MCU as a Hong Pum for good, he said he was accepting his current break from working in favor of preparation.
Putting aside the opportunity for non -zero that the Douglas are hiding some kind of chemotherapy in the next All -in -the -Uveeners: Domes Day, from which ants and Wasp: Quantinia Hong Pum as its last format.
“I don’t think so. I had experience, and I was excited to do this. I never pictured the green screen before,” Douglas said. Deadline When asked if he had any plans to return to the MCU as a pum. “But I’m enjoying my break and enjoying my life. This production was running the company and acting at the same time.”
In MCU, Douglas’s turn was one of the most attractive parts of the disturbing ant franchise, in which divisive ants and Wasp: Quantominia used Douglas’s abilities, while finally the PMM gave its largest superheroes to the MCU.
Although there are some fans of quantuminia, it has become a symbol of many issues with the post -MCU stages, which makes it a sense of disconnecting from the green screen environment and the widespread Marvel cinema universe.
Nevertheless, it provides a brightest place for Hong Pum, which uses its ant communications technology to create a quantum circle army to help eliminate Kong in the last act of the film. It also finally offers the audience the opportunity to talk to Hank Pum for more than just a few moments with his fellow Janet Van Dine (forever radiant Michael Fiffer) for more than a few moments.
It is regrettable to think that quantinia can be together in the MCU rather than the beginning of the Hank and Janet time.
Hank Pum was given a very deserving renovation in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which prevented some of its controversial elements from humorous. But the child was also thrown out with bath water, as the ants and tapash were written as the founders of the Avengers because they are among the comedians, where Jenett Wan Dyne is actually the name of the team.
Even some of the biggest errors of Hank have moved to other characters – such as Tony Stark Ultern’s MCU creator, a villain who is the creation of Hank Pum and Arc enemy in comedy works.
It is no longer going back to it, and even if the MCU makes any ribbotes in the context of the Avengers: secret wars, it is unlikely that those stories will return only in favor of making them just more comedy.
But maybe there is some ability to revise the early days of the MCU, or not, in the form of a flashback film that describes Hank Pum and Jenet Wan Dine as the original ant man and heat during the Cold War.
And, of course, Douglas can say that he has done to the MCU, but he is at no time refusing to return for acting, saying that he will be open to him “if something good comes to me.” So there may be a lot of room for him to cope back to the MCU.
