Boss battles are a special challenge. Each of them has unique mechanics and needs a special view. Defeating the boss increases the maximum volume of inventory, which is important for long -term survival, but also strengthens regular enemies on the map. Among the new owners, the frost droid stands – it slowly reduces your attack, which forcing you to fight patience and defense.

But the real nightmare is a dream. He became known as the most difficult enemy in the demo version. At first, you have the first step, where everything seems to be quite trivial, but as the second starts, the game turns into a dramatic way. Lashi gets a large amount of health and is strengthened at each turn. Speed, creativity, construction – it all loses its meaning. As a result, fighting turns into a series of some kinds of attacks, and only damages and saves the coach. I spent eight hours to fight him. And I won just because of stubbornness. After defeating Lashi, you will have access to a new biome – a swamp, where normal rules will stop working. There are more obstacles and riots than just directly harming enemies.

The items in the swamps are also different: many poison or acids apply, which causes damage over time. Some become stronger after killing a particular boss – that is, they need to be found in advance before the key war. The swamp is divided into islands, and the movement between them is through ferryman. Every island is unique: somewhere you will get a new gollem, somewhere useful upgrades. Sometimes you can find a underground tunnel, in which the gold literally is scattered under your feet. But at the same time, serious security is waiting for you, and it is better not to go there without good preparation.

Why is she standing – and who still needs fixing

From the first minutes, it drowns you in a severe survival environment, where every run turns into an unexpected adventure. A huge selection of items and potential construction makes every effort unique – you will never know what will happen next time. I was especially happy with the new biome: it not only diversifies the visual and the environment, but also really changes the style of the game, which is forced to adapt to the new conditions and make unconventional decisions.

However, despite its strength, the game also faces difficulties that are difficult to ignore. The balance feels rough – some things look rarely, while other, vice versa, have a lot of influence. Walking around the map is sometimes disturbing: navigation is painful, and the path to the desired point can turn into a dim routine. It all gets tired over time – repeated runs start to feel nervous and lose their original charm.

In particular, it is unpleasant that a long time has passed since the release of the demo version, but there is no serious improvement yet. And yet, the game only feels more than a “capacity with another project”. It has a clear effort by spirit, interesting thoughts and developers. I would like to believe that they will continue to work on the project, improve the mechanics, polish the details, and are really turning to Rogeliak.
