The route guides I have read say, usually wait for 3-3 later, but is there any reason to do so?
After a monitor (3-2), it is really fast reaching the monk (3-3) and only needs to run the stairs.

The aspect that makes the boss more interesting, but I think in the coup, won’t need to wait?
Is there anything that I am missing? Or most guides are designed for SP only and just assume that you should be of high levels to take the old monk?
As another aspect is to consider, (at least in my case) M. We’re turning back from behind these areas/owners, so it is too much for everyone.
Bonus: The monitor was very torn. Seeing this fancy remake so funny and then the character is just flying around the lol. Really maintained things.
