We didn’t really have that much to start. I said exactly, what we do, whatever works. I used this tweet, and it went viral. And I saw a lot of excellent, positive comments around him, but also very negative and some of them are really dirty. I’ve been watching social media for 20 years, so I am aware of it. I am accustomed to it. But it really didn’t make sense from an ethnic point of view. Because what we have seen, you know, we see things. We use different tools that we have a lot of data, which are coming from not only our products but also from other products, so we see what’s going on.

DI is a very sensitive topic, especially for people like us. We have many diverse teams as I explained to you that we have people in different countries around Europe, most of them in Western Europe, in South Europe, and they have different races, different sexual trends. So we have always been very welcomed for the people as they are and who they want to be, and feel free themselves when they are working for the company.
