It is interesting to see these titles on sale because this is the first time that the Majjas have bothered to sell anything from their “Japan’s only” catalog. Most of them are also available physical but magic is very rare and Stan’s gate 0 was digital on the platform only.
In these titles, a digital interested person out of Japan, you will need someone who lives in Japan so he gives you “gifts” (it doesn’t work with 360 bc games).
Not sure if recent changes in the regions have affected this procedure. At the same time, after a long time of silence, such sales can mean that we see more Magement content on the platform in the future.
