Microsoft has apparently a refreshment for the Xbox app that will show that users of every game have installed on their computer. This includes topics on both steam and epic games.
Microsoft had inadvertently added a joke of this user interface as part of an official blog post titled GDC 2025: Open a billion doors with Xbox. He then removed the photo after inquiring, but before the Eagle -eyed audience took a copy.
The image itself, which you can see in the header above, showed an Xbox UI shown on a TV screen, which may be known in a brief look, but when closely inspected you can see that the UI has a clear steam tab with the likes of the game pass, recently and recently included. Somewhere in the image, the same UI that appears on bullets and handheld devices, with the Steam tab labels.
Sources suggest that only a steam label appears on Xbox’s mockup Stuffy Microsoft is working on an Xbox app update that will show Each Game users have installed on their PC, so it includes the Epic Games store even though it is missing from the picture.
“I think Microsoft will label these games accordingly,” Verge’s Tom Warren writes, adding that this update is still “in the early stages of development”. Warren suggests that this cannot be a ship at all.
Urumor has asked Microsoft to comment more on the photos of leaked UI.
Nowhere in the news, it was reported earlier this month that Microsoft aims to release the successor of its next generation of Xbox Series X/S in 2027. Meanwhile, it is said that a lot of roomard handsheld is reaching the Xbox later this year.
