Microsoft is increasing its security umbrella to cover European governments to reduce the threats posed by AI and state patronage attacks from Russia, China, Iran and North Korea.
Hackers organized by the Russian state are targeting European governments that use zero day weaknesses, China is hiding its spy activities using Open Source VPN, and infiltrating Western organizations through North Korea job interviews.
The new European Security Program will provide additional risk intelligence sharing, especially for the risks of AI, as well as additional investment and partnerships for cybersecurity.
Free Cyroscopility for Europe
Microsoft says the program will provide rapidly modern AI insights and cyber risks, which will help governments defend the state -of -the -art attacks faster and more effectively.
Additional intelligence sharing and cooperation between governments and Microsoft will also help in response rates and harmony when responding to threats to several countries simultaneously.
Microsoft will also advise governments about the latest risks and zero exploitation, including Microsoft Security Update Guide, reporting the risk of being threatened, and measures, including Microsoft’s protective management.
The Microsoft Risk Analysis Center (MTAC) will also provide information about foreign influencies and disinfection campaigns, especially those who use AI, will focus additional focus on tactics and their distribution methods used in each campaign.
The program will be available to all European Union member states as well as EU affiliate countries, members of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), as well as to the UK, Monaco and the Vatican.
