The vents are quite a straight graphics card. In another life, it can also be close to the RTX 5080 MSRP. Since the graphics card market is a bit of a dispute right now, it is not. Is not close anywhere. This makes it a difficult recommendation, though it is sufficient in many ways.
The vents 3 XOC White have three tourks 5.0 fans and measures 303 x 121 x 49 mm, which means it does not have a high percentage size or weight for the RTX 50 series. This is a very standard fare and consequently it should fit in most cases. The main drawback of this particular vents 3x model is that it comes in white, though black and silver has at least the same venture 3x plus. Although not a terrible cat, I promise that you will find a lot of white PC these days to build together, and this clean card will easily be available from other components.
By removing the metal back plate and plastic fan shroud, I can look better on the nickel -plated copper base plate and the heat sink, which is measured 27 mm thick. I am not fully removing it because I still need to use the card for comparative tests, but the memory between the base plate covers individual thermal pads and it looks like they make good contact. It also contacts more thermal pads here, and then, here.
The base plate itself flushes on eight heatpipes, four stabbors cover the PCB to IO, and four tall tall tall tall tall tall tall tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol lah lah lah lah lah lol tah Long tall tall tall tall tall tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tall tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tah lol tall tah l The MSI has used a piece of thick metal as a strong structure between the IO plate and about three -quarters of the heat sink, which helps the card hardening the card located on my test bench.

Oh and a good touch with the construction of this all -white card is that the shroud’s fan cables are white. Small details and all this.
So, how is this card rent in testing? Like the founder edition of RTX 5080 for most frames per second, though it runs very good. I measured it at 69 ° C during three runs of the Metro Exodus in 4K, which is only one degree heart compared to the founders’ editions in the same test, which I can easily drown in test change.
The MSI card operates slowly in the same metro test compared to the founders’ edition of NVIDIA. FE arranged 2736 MHz. It is slightly defined by a higher power draw than MSI’s OC card compared to the FE model, on average 8 % more power draw, though you have to wonder what OC means if there is no more than the FE model.

For records, the ventures 3 XOC Plus are classified more clock speed than the FE model out of the box. It is 2,640 MW Boost, which has a very profile that can be extended to 2655 MW, which is available in the MSI Center app. The FE model runs on 2617 MHz. Although Ventos 3 XOC is technically accurate to call the factory overlike card, it is one of the thinner nearby. Thus, when you start talking about the original sports watches, the algorithm and overclacking, it doesn’t mean much.
For our metro test, Ventos went to 3x on average 2654 MHz. The FE version went into 2736 MHz, which shows a slightly thermal envelope and proper cooling. It stands as an excellent example of why these two letters ‘OC’ do not always mean nowadays – if a headroom is available, the GPU will move beyond your limits on the box, and you can easily give yourself more, as we will enter now.
I chose a standard boost profile for all my bench marking, as if you want to go up, you may wander the card even more. This is easy to do with the RTX Black Wheel Generation, and here is what I managed to do in the burner after MSI.
- Core Clock: +515 MHz
- Memory Clock: +800 MHz
With a loop of the 3 -mark steel nomadic test, I could put more pressure from these two offsets, but I found that when I was running it through the Metro Exodus or F1 24, the card would fall faster. With the above settings, I took a clean run through our benchmark at 1440p and 4K.
If buy …
✅ You can take a hand on one for a decent price: If you want RTX 5080, you have to pay a beautiful money for one. For example, you do not pay for the difficulty, however, its price is not higher than the existing price.
If not buy …
❌ You want the granular overlinking control: You cannot compromise the power profile of this card, so it is mainly written for serious overdose.
However, once again, I have to report that Ventos 3 XOC has been presented by the founders’ edition, which has reached a high -stable core over Clock on +525 MHz. Whether it be from this minor overlack or to increase its rating speed. From the FE. From them, it performs a little better than the vents 3 XOCs in most sports. The Homorld 3 is a little outlet, but this game loves a fast CPU, and at the moment it is enjoying the frame rate with our 9800x3d, which can help explain it.
One thing to note on Ventos 3 XOC is that, unlike many other cards, the power range and voltage cannot be tweeted here. It is closed. Therefore, if you want to push your card to a more graceful level, you can’t do it here, but that means that it is as easy to overcrow it as if to type some digits in the later barber offset and see what goes on. As long as it is stable, work is done.
We have it, a ‘OC’ card that moves slowly from the founders’ edition Lot Now more money. If we ignore the fact that today you can’t easily buy any of these cards, you should expect about $ 1,300 for one. This is $ 300 more than the founder’s edition MSRP. This is not a very attractive suggestion.
If I am looking for a silver layer, it can be a card to buy in six months, demand supply has decreased, supply has improved, and AIBS adjusts their price premiums on these items. However, I am not taking this condition, and I can just review the card in front of me, as it stands today. This means that it is a decent coffee card, and there is one that I would happily fill in the construction of a white PC, if it didn’t eventually cost it.
