To join a show as a beloved as a doctor, which is not a small thing, especially since it has been on our screens for more than 60 years. And likewise, actor Varda Setho, who is included as a new partner with a doctor, was grateful to the two former stars to give them advice.
Interviewing Gamesradar+, Setho has revealed that once the casting news was announced, two former fellow actors contacted – Mali Gibson (who played Ruby Sunday last season) and Mandeep Gul (who had a photo of Judy Whitekar’s doctor).
As Sethu explained, his advice was easy – just bend in the madness: “The advice he gave was that it was very crazy and extremely strict, and just entertained it, more and more, and that was the best advice so far!”
Continuing, Setho added that although this advice was helpful, he still did not feel ready for the show’s sheer scale: “I feel like I did not understand it at the moment, ‘Well, of course, of course, it will be crazy’.
Although Setho takes time to make a habit of the Science Fi Show, he finally got his feet: “Initially feel free to fall, but then you just fall into it and you have fun.”
Indeed, as a good doctor who knows the fans, Setho has really appeared on the show even before. As you will remember, he photographed a soldier named Mandi Flynn in the last season’s ‘Boom’, in which Schwarner Russell T Davis interviewed Gamesradar+ revealed that his new fellow character was the ancestors of Belinda Marine.
In the same chat, he also teased that when we talk about the connection between the two roles of Setho, we can expect “amazing revelations”, so it is definitely a matter of keeping an eye.
