During today’s Nintendo Direct, Last before the Big Switch 2 in the next monthThe company shared a major change in digital sports next month. Although this will allow you to share digital titles with friends and family members, it is still Nintendo that we are talking about, so the whole system is a bit strange and complicated.

“If digital games can be flexible and easy like game cards?” The question is that Nintendo apparently asked himself when he came with the virtual game card.

At the end of April, all your boss or buying will become all digital games Virtual Game Cards. It will be saved in a new menu screen on your switch or Switch 2. Nintendo says any registered user on the console can play the digital game.

The real news is that it can be “digitally extracted” and “digitally filled” in another switch console and can be played freely on this other device. The original switch user who bought the game can no longer play this VGC as it has been “excluded” from the console.

The company has promised that you are free to load and trade digital games using VGC freely between two specific, pairing systems. Think about the top switch and the bottom switch 2. You will need to connect two consoles locally by making some digital exchange for the first time, but then it should be easy and troubled.

You can also share virtual game cards with members of your Nintendo Account Family Group. However, this is a bit more limited. It must be done on a local wireless connection, and you can give each member just one game at a time. And after two weeks, they lose access to the virtual game card and returns back to the original owner. Better hope it’s not a long game!

Nintendo claims that this new system will make digital games easier. And this new system will also work with the Nintendo Switch 2, as is directly confirmed by the company by the company. But it seems that there is a very Nintendo solution to a problem that has already been resolved by the Xbox and others. Nevertheless, I’m happy to do something easier to play Nintendo’s digital games on multiple devices as we approach the start of Switch 2.
