As expected, pre -configuring Nintendo Switch 2 has been an absolute defeat. One of our editors, Sam Halhan, has already written about the fear when he talked about taking a new console, and they are already beginning to come true.
Earlier this week, the US advance orders were opened, and making this decision on my social media from a single glance, this is a matter of blood. The target is already canceling orders, making a list of many bundles for scalepads, and the baskets of those who really wanted to buy switch 2 have been emptied, or the web pages have already been removed from their eyes. There are possibilities, if you want Nintendo Switch 2 and not already pre -order safe, you have a bad time.
Keeping a hand on a new console it should not be difficult
When I was first released to PS4, I was still a young man who was first released to PS4, so one of the few points of reference was the original Nintendo Switch and PS5 when I could point to pre -ordering consoles in the past. The latter got the launch for work, though I had already ordered, but it was for my brother, so obviously, I was not investing it. However, the switch is a different story, and I was on the ground floor not only ordered the console, but also a limited edition version of the Legend of Zeildeda: the Laundry list of several other titles and accessories. I went to the overboard, but at that time, it felt like I could do without real thinking of being bad.
Everything was in a reasonable supply, and until you showed pre -orders or around the window of the time, you were guaranteed a console. It was only the freedom to buy and feel nearby that you could secure a unit without selling your soul.
In the months after the launch, the supply began to be regularly made, and the majority of the retailers had time left for the big release at the end of the year. On the other hand, the PS5 was not easy, and a console pre -configured and in fact it felt impossible after the launch day arrived. Many of my friends and family could not find one, and even after the launch, weeks and months, the stock was very low and between. If you want a small opportunity to get someone, you need to stay the latest with websites and accounts created for this specific purpose. Too slow to draw? Next time better luck.
Obviously, there were numerous factors with PS5. These ingredients were more expensive than ever before, while at that time, supply problems through pandemic diseases meant that manufacturing was difficult, leaving them to be sent and selling to people around the world. It was not for a year or two after the launch that things started to come back to normal, but by that time, it felt as if half of the console breed had passed for us. And if things do not improve, Nintendo switch 2 will be even worse.
There are not enough switch 2 consoles to meet the demand right now
Nintendo confirmed that it received 2.2 million applications to order Switch 2 through its official Japanese store Front.Guide to the release of this statement, yet, the switch demand is much higher than what the company can provide before the June 5 release date. Some people are losing, and the stock retailers are about to spread. Its unexpectedly high cost and favorable accessories only increase the insult to injury, and now we have no choice but to swallow our pride and make pre -order secure.
I will recognize that there is some hilarious thing about viral complaints about weeks about the price of Switch 2, which is still wandering a bit to buy with the end.
Japan is not lonely, and in other aspects, with the problems of its price and price hike, thanks to the punishment of revenue imposed by Donald Trump, Nintendo Switch 2 is fighting for a losing war before it lands on the shelf. My biggest fear is that he will follow in the footsteps of PS5 and launch with a scattered stock, and will remove a couple of units every few weeks after normalizing it. We will be trapped, unable to sink into the next generation through our own mistakes, and, unlike PS5, will really be a gameable game to play on switch 2.
Time will tell if I am worried too much, but we have moved beyond the idea of traditional console generations, where raising a new piece of hardware was something you can go out and do without any problem. Now this is a job inside yourself, and if you fall in a couple of months, you want to play one if you want to play one. Please do not become PS5 again.
