1. Nintendo responded directly to the situation at the shareholder meeting and commenting directly:

Frookawa’s comments deny the results of the ASPI report here, which directly linked Nintendo to the Egor forced labor (see below).

2. The United States has introduced Legislation Implementing the import of goods manufactured with forced labor from Xinjiang. It is hoped that this will restructure the global supply chain. However, whether compliance is being followed or not, another similar investigation will be needed in the real ASPI report scope.
