Here’s a thin phone of Samsung. The Galaxy S5th-Edge, which was earlier in January-is a Solimed Dowan S25 Plus, which has a 6.7-inch OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite, and AI properties for the Galaxy Chaspus. The compact design comes at a price, and you have to do without a telephoto lens or a bee battery.
At 163 grams (about 5.7 ounces), the edge is only one gram heavy compared to regular S25, with a small 6.2 -inch screen, and 5.8 mm thick, it is comfortable with any Samsung slab phone over the years. This Samsung tab S10 tablets or z fold 6 is much thick than 6 foldable, which has enough space to be thinner by spreading your batteries a bit, but if you prefer traditional phone form factors, then it is the thinner at the time you can buy now – at least until the iPhone is at least 17.
Photo seems to reduce this effect, which I think Samsung’s challenge will be marketing marketing marketing: It looks basically just like just a regular phone until you lift it, when everyone looks like when everyone looks like Ohho Unintentionally
The name “Edge” shows how slimmer the Samsung phone is leaning on, but for me the weight is more impressive. It solves at least half of the problem with people who have major phones, and it is much more worthwhile than a slightly thin body. In addition, the moment you have prosecuted it will not feel much thin, but it should still be very light.
Samsung has not taken an excuse to weaken the edge more than other S25 phones, and is in fact bent in another way. It uses the same titanium frame, such as aluminum of the S25 ultra-other models, as well as the newly declared guerrilla glass ceramic 2, and an IP68 for dust and water resistance. In straight words, it should be very strong.
Still, you have to make two major sacrifices. The first camera: You only get two back lenses, with no telephone. Once again, Samsung has borrowed from Ultra to cover things-200 megapixel’s main shooter uses the same sensor like the same phone, but has entered a small camera housing. On paper which means a central camera that is like ultra – and better than Plus – but with less than one of these phones.
The most troubled battery will be. The 3,900mAh cell here is the smallest in the S25 range – compared to 4,000mah in S25 and 4,900mAh in Plus – and with a large screen of electricity, there is no way that it will not have the worst battery life.
Samsung insists that it’s still a whole day’s phone, it is estimated that it can provide 24 hours non -stop video playback, though it is five less than that. 29 hours or plus 30 with reference to S25. When my colleague Elison Johnson regularly reviewed the S25, he said it goes through “moderate use all day”, and the edge should not be too bad. The chip set and software correction means that most of the modern phones have a battery, which makes such a small cell possible once again.
But this is the first day. The batteries do not last forever, and I am not sure that Edge will be a whole day’s phone forever. According to Samsung other S25 phones, seven years have been pledging OS and security updates, but I will be a little worried about Edge’s battery life before.
Despite these bottom directions, you will really have to pay a higher price for the S25 Edge that you want for Plus. The pre -open advance is open before the official release on May 30, and the cost of this phone is 0 1,099.99 for the 256GB storage model, and 2 1,219.99 for 512 GB, which has a half -way between Plus and Ultra in addition to the Samsung prices.
So, this is probably not the most practical phone purchase you can do right now – but that never meant. As Samsung’s foldable phones, the edge is much higher than the form indicator than the function. I am impressed that Samsung has succeeded in keeping so much phone with other S25 models, but the camera and the battery can hardly be careful. They are making a big deal to withdraw a little pocket space, but unless I get a chance to fully test the camera and move the battery a few days, it is impossible to say that if it is a trade.
This is a phone where you must wait for studies.
