In 2022, Sony unveiled its PlayStars Stars Reward Program, which gave the dedicated players an opportunity to submit digital. Now, less than three years later, Sony has announced that it will end the PlayStation Stars program in the near future.
Gold Praised PlayStation Stars to promote “deep relationship with fans around the world”. However, the video game company added that after reviewing the PlayStation stars, it decided to bring it closer. To date, the PlayStation Star is no longer accepting new members. The current members who stop their membership will not be re -joined.
The end of the program will not come together. Members are still able to equalize the status of their PlayStation Stars and to submit more digital on pt / 10:59 at 7:59 pm on July 23 at 7:59 pm. After that time, no additional prizes or campaigns will be available. The players will still be able to redeem the prizes of their PlayStation stars by November 2, 2026. Sony also assured the players that they would still be able to access their digital components, “even after these changes.”
During the announcement, Sony refers to the “version” of the PlayStation stars, while adding that it “will evaluate our key results from this program” and “will find new ways to prepare our loyalty program efforts for the future.” Sony also thanked all the players who participated in the PlayStation Stars.
In other news related to Sony, the free PlayStation Plus Games for May will be available until June 2. This month’s titles include Waramar 40,000: Boltagen and fans’ favorite Baltro.
