The final fantasy publisher Square Enxes has launched a legal proceedings against a developer with which he contributed to create a new front mission game.
The Front Mission, the Classic Macha Betle Franchise of the Company, was resurrected by a new game titled Front Mission 2089 by Black Jack Studios: Borderskip.
After two years of development, the Square Enxes canceled the project in October 2024, and for unknown reasons, the Black Jack went away from the studio. Shortly afterwards, the Black Jack Studios announced its “Front Mission Style Game”, known as Macarishi.

Court documents filed by Square Enxes include screenshots pages, comparing the Front Mission Protyyyyyyyy, developed by the Black Jack Studio and Developer’s new project. The match is clear.

The Square Anxus is looking for copyright violations for K 150K (£ 115k), and the list of the game from the store Fronts is to immediately remove the game.
In the meantime, Makharashi has already disappeared and has re -emerged from the Square Enxes and Black Jack Studio’s squad on the DMCA’s notice.
