Prollyphic Mario Speedronner Cosmak set a new world record in the lost surface super -Mario All -Stars version this week, and he was at a high pace for “widespread” improvement in the larger category until he suddenly suffered a terrible destiny that lived in the cartridge era.
Super Mario All Stars is an SNES collection that includes an upgrade of 8 -bit Mario Games, 16 -bit versions, and this was the first time players around the world had to play Japanese Super Mario Bruce 2, which was retired from the lost levels. This is a notorious difficult game, showing a uber-chlorngeing row of a level of 1-1 to 8-4. If you manage to defeat all these steps without any way through the warp zone, you unlock 9-1 to 9-4 to five more secret worlds.

He pushed it forward at a surprising pace so he could continue to try a strange D-4 record. Earlier, Cosmak had kept this record for three and a half years. He lost it last February. With his latest run, Cosmak was at the speed of withdrawing it soon, but in just 90 seconds in the secret world, 9-2, it was unimaginable: his console was merely a crash.
As Cosmak summarized in a Tweet later: “If the pace of the world record on a large scale but the universe is not said.”

This is the curse on the original hardware. You are always at risk of such a sudden failure, whether your hardware has dirty cartridges or some features. After a few moments, Cosmak easily added, “Well, it’s useless. If I throw the run, it’s one thing, but I didn’t even get a chance.”
