Popular Magic: John Avon, a collective artist has announced his temporary retirement in one Post on Facebook.
The 64 -year -old Avon has been working with coastal wizards for 29 years, making his own magic: a collective start with the Marriage, the ninth extension of magic.
Avon is known for reflecting its beautiful basic land, which has drawn some memorable lands of the commercial card game. Avon was remembered in the October superpop in 2023, a set of four cards was released, where Avon produced the art and wrote the taste text.
A beloved artist
Unfortunately, Avon has been forced to step back from his work on magic: gathering due to chronic health problems.
Avon writes, “I need to retire from all commercial works for at least 12 months, perhaps for an indefinite period. And see if I can recover,” Avon writes. “This decision has been forced to a great extent on the basis of health. So I felt, as I am somewhat public, it was right to say what’s happening, honest and talk, as much as I can.”
Avon describes his time painting for magic: the gathering, says he “feels a part of furniture in coastal wizards” and this magic has “pushed his) creative minds and imagination (his) limits.”
The post is underway, “My body, especially my neck and waist, can’t get stressful to work. I see every week to fix osteopath.” “It’s not only physical, but emotional. I now feel a lot of pressure to ‘kill my standard’. I can paint, I know what to do, but it is so difficult to do my technique and after only 2 hours, I am having bad pain.”
Avon explains that he has developed fibromialjia, which is the widespread physical pain properties. She is also suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome and irritable bowel syndrome.
“I assumed as soon as I aged, painting will be easier … No, not for me, performance becomes difficult. Maybe I work. And I don’t want to start handing over the lower standard of work. It is not ego, it is self -esteem, if that means?”
Another reason for Avon’s temporary retirement is that he wants to follow personal plans, in recent years he has been encouraged by the death of close people.
