There is something special about the Xbox Pad. Feelings, look, those click button. We love it very much in the PC gamer, and it has been reported that three new prototypes are being worked on, so it seems that there will be a lot of choice in the future. The next generation of the Xbox Controller also allegedly holds cloud gaming in the heart of its design, though I really hope that it will give some standards for life -effects like sticks.
In the Xbox -based podcast, Give the xbox (Through Notebook check), Windows Central’s Jez Karden revealed that the works are currently “three Xbox Controller Protypes”. Carden has been reporting the Xbox on everything for some time, and is usually well respected when internal Microsoft information is talked about.
The first controller prototype spoke in it The latest pod cast “There is a basic, cheap controller as we now have standard.” The basic Xbox wireless controller is currently our choice for the best controller for PC gaming, thanks to a great feeling and affordable price point. However, looking at the rest of the market, it now lacks modern features, such as a hall effect or TMR Joyce Sticks stick to prevent increased. Cardin says the new basic controller has “something next generation”, but does not give a word about it specifically.
The selection of the three -controlled prototypes is called Sebel’s code, and it returned in 2023. No information was given here, but it is suggested that the Xbox Elite Corps raise a similar price point.
Then Carden says there will be an “elite, elite, elite” controller, which will be the cream of the crop, according to the price. This is effectively the Xbox Elite Series 3, but once again, the details were no more information.
In particular, the most interesting involvement in this report is the Wi -Fi cloud support of the Xbox for two controller prototypes, which can make cloud gaming more more viable for some of the latest sensitive sports.
“Instead of connecting your controller via Bluetooth,” says Cardin, “then your phone is sending your controller signal to the cloud, which adds a few millions of delays, your controller will directly connect as a Wi -Fi connection to your router. “
Google Studia (RIP) used the same straightforward wi -tech, and thus Google’s cloud gaming platform managed to reduce its delay so much. Now, years after the closure of the Studia, it seems that the Xbox is learning from it.
We have heard about the idea of the Cloud Xbox Controller directly in the original Sabble Lake, but we have no idea how it will work so far. The original Sabble Lake also suggested that it would have a lift to wake up the function, and the modular thumbs sticks, but we do not know if it is stuck around it.
At the end of the last year, Microsoft exposed it to ‘It’s an Xbox‘Advertising shows Xbox Cloud streaming on advertisement, a TV, laptop, steam deck, phone and more. This is a part of the Grandar Push to get the Xbox Gamers on non -Xbox devices, and the pushing towards the controllers towards the cloud series is very deliberately felt. The Xbox Game Pass allows users to stream direct sports on their phone, monitor, or TV, though the available library is still limited.
Cardin says the basic controller does not have the Wi -Fi cloud streaming option, but two other controllers do. At the same time, two more expensive controllers have switches to swap faster to the Wi -Fi connection to Bluetooth.
However, Carden made it clear that it is very quick and lacking a lot of information: “This is something I share on the podcast, but I am not yet ready to put it in a report, because I do not have much information on this thing. So, take it with chinch salt.”
Not only can a part of this information series be wrong, but it can also change as Microsoft continues to prepare its controllers. This is a good symbol for what we can see, but we will not know what the controllers have till they are in our hands.
As someone who has spent a lot of time with many different controllers, I still love the feeling and sight of the Xbox Controller. It is not difficult to feel that I’m losing, however, with rivals, to deal with the stack dropter to launch with TMR or hall effect.
I have been on my second Xbox Controller since buying my Xbox Series X at the launch, and my third PlayStation 5 controller. Cloud gaming is a good feature, but I do not want to keep all this money for the Xbox Elite Controller if there is always a higher risk of stick flow.
