Deadline reports It has begun an eight -figure bidding battle on the rights of a newly thrilling novel by a wonderful team: James Patterson, the world’s highest sale author, and the world’s largest YouTuber, Jimmy “Mr Best” Donaldson.
The pair apparently authored the novel, though I think we are all hopeful that Patterson has done heavy lifting, and the deadline claims that it has “the color of the squad game.” This is not surprising, with the Squad Game simply being the latest and most successful in the long -established science -fi niche of the “deadly game show”, while Mr. Best’s own animal games proved one of the most seen shows in Amazon prime last year.
