Thunderbolts* is full of familiar faces from Sebastian Stein’s Bucky Barnes to Florence Pug’s Elena Belova, but there is a newcomer in this oblique staff of Aniros: Lewis Palman, which plays the role of Bob. He is a seemingly ordinary man with a very powerful ultimate ego, called a sanitary.
Now, you will not find any Thunderbolt* damaged here, but the name of Pulman was unveiled as part of Marvel’s five-hour mineral announcement for Avengers: Domes Day, so we know this is not the last we have seen about Bob-or Sentry.
“Because I’m so excited, you know, I had to prepare myself for the possibility that this could be a kind of situation,” when we ask about the future of the character. “It’s like opening a new room in a way, and thus, oh my God, my house is actually bigger, and now I have to know what I do with this place.”
As far as the Avengers are for: Domes Day is for Sentry, though, “I don’t know,” he says. “I would love to spoil it.”
In fact, there is so much confidentiality about the next Avengers that its co-actor David Harbor and White Russell play the role of Alexei Shostakov (alias Red Guardian) and John Walker (alias US agent) in Thunderbols*, even if the other is not allowed or not. Harbor told Games Radar+, “I knew in a way that I was involved, but I didn’t know that it was going to happen, I didn’t have a story, I didn’t have a script, something like this,” Harbor told Games Radar+.
Thunderbolt* is hitting cinemas in the UK on May 1 and May 2 in the United States. For more, fill your watch list with the other Marvel films that are still coming in 2025 and beyond, or how to look at Marvel films together with our guide.
