Morrand came out in 2002, like the Iceometric RPG like Icemic RPG, Ice Wind Dell 2, Divine Divinity, Freedom Force, and the dungeon siege. His first person/third personal approach was a sales point at the time, though some would argue that playing a full 3D game with the possibility of being removed from the Made random of the poor experience. Nowadays, thanks to the modern scroll of the Open Maidan and Open Neur Mind, we can experience the moorland as if it were to complete a top down -down CRPG with the Click to Move and Zoom so that you could choose small items.
YouTuber Mehronus Mike has just uploaded a video showing an open neur Mind and an UI mode of his own design that gives Morrrand an action bar and a bit of Baldour’s gate 3 flavor – the mimp from the top right, the picture above the enemy, you know this contract. This is an impressive piece of work, and I hope he will share it with all of us, even if it is not designed to deal with the massive Morrand Harder’s massive inventory.
Mehronus Mike was trapped with a top -down point of view for most of his playth throw, in which he completed the main Quest line of Morrand, detecting all the ruins of the Dwelling, and killing each of the Verolphs to remove it. There were a few moments where he had to enter the cave and the first person had to go back, mostly to take items that were smaller and unclear from above, and sometimes pass the door.
For most parts, though it works surprisingly well. It is interesting to see someone playing Morning from a completely different point of view, but I do all these tasks, such as trying to jump into the water from the upper part of the maulg and fail to clear the bottom level. And many of these things look great. Something beautiful with waist works, some dungeons, and the bridge looks beautiful, even if he has to see where he is going to see where he is going.
If you want to play Morrland like this you will need to download Open MW And then Open Neur Mind. The latter mode started as a fool’s joke in April, but despite its problems, the Morrrand community has accepted it, which is quite comfortable with advanced junkies to start.
