Last year, it was reported Tennings and Galmot Brothers, who founded Ubesft, were considering the company’s full purchaseBut Ubisoft did not comment on the situation beyond saying “Stakeholders regularly examine all their strategic options in the interest.” Back in January, CEO YES Galmot also told: “We are actively looking for the strategic and capitalist options of various variation changes for stakeholders for stakeholders. We believe that there are several possible ways to create the value of Ubesoft assets and franchises.”
