Ubisoft reaches deal with Tencent to create $4.3 billion mini-Ubisoft subsidiary to “spearhead development” on new Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six games

Yubisoft has just announced the formation of a new subsidiary that will handle Hassan’s profession, far and Rainbow. The new entity enterprise value is 4 billion (about $ 44 billion), with tennis invesing $ 1.16 billion, making it about 25 % of the minority shares in the business.
