Why ZA/UM’s Project C4 Is Struggling To Win Fans

On October 12, 2024, the successors of three disco Elsim were included in the same day. There was a Long Dave Game Studios, which revealed that it was working on a “psychosographic” RPG, which was later called to be called. Hope Town. Then the Dark Mathematics Games were announced with the trailer of the XX Night Shift, the first game.

And at the turning point of an amazing last moment, a third studio, Summer Enternity, came forward, which I can only describe as a manifesto about the rights of workers and to make an RPG with “complexity and desire” to counter our “unfortunate and amazing world”.

The works are the fourth studio with a successor, headed by Robert Craws, the lead author of Disco Elsem, and Art and Design Head Alexander Rostov, but nothing has been officially unveiled for the project at the time of writing.

Hope Town vs Project C4

This week, history repeated itself. Lango formally unveiled his first trailer with his first trailer. I have already separated the reasons for its single gameplay screenshot and doubts, but the game’s announcement has made it clear that Martin Louga, one of the developers of the ZA/UM client, and a “unintentional” company in 2021, participated in the statement and the gameplay. At least, another disco pound attached to the team, while other assistants and What It is not clear that they are adding to this mixture.

Then, on the same day, the original disco Elsim Studio ZA/UM finally unveiled the project on which he is working. Project C4 is not a disco Elsim 2, but a original sport is the center of spying. The players will “overcome a questionable world power”, and will try to complete a “disappointing assignment that will put the risk of losing their lives, or even worse – what are really exposed to what they are.”

Like a disco Elsem, failure will play a key role in the game. Instead of encouraging players to produce an excellent result through rolls, the story accounts for your failure and, regardless of it.

Why ZA/UM’s Project C4 Is Struggling To Win Fans

It is difficult to imagine that this is a coincidence simultaneously unveiling. While the five -year anniversary of the release of Disco Elsem in October 2024 (though these announcements were a few days before the original release date), there is no special opportunity. There are 365 days a year, yet these games continue to sharpen the heads.

The problem of these two sports – in fact, all the spiritual successors of the modern classic – that is, they are trying to ride on the same wave, and are taking advantage of the disco’s success to reach themselves to the heights. Surprisingly, maybe with the exception of the XXX night shift, ZA/Um probably has the least claimed than many of its rivals.

ZA/Um is far from the studio when it launches disco Elsem. Many original teams have left the studio (either volunteer or unintentionally), many important personalities have been expelled in a dirty, legal dispute. Some of these developers have separated their studios and successors, but the ultimate result is that ZA/UM has lost the brain behind the game – the secret sauce for its success.

For the kuno

ZA/Um cannot return to your goodwill

Two people stand in the background with a city through water, such as the main art of Disco Elsem.

There Are Yet some members of this original team left for Zar Zar/Um, to be fair. Author and editor Justin Canon and artist Anton Wil, whose work is in the C4 trailer, is still in the studio, as is some other members. The developers had no hand in the disco team, and I am sure they want to make a game they are proud of.

But with a lot of drama around the studio, and with so many key capabilities, left to work on other projects, it will be difficult to return the fans with ZA/Um. If the comments under the trailer of the game are an indication, it seems that many of the disco fans are taking a strong stand against the Project C4. One comment said, “We bring you a disco Elsem” I wish I was confident, wow, wow. ” Another says, “A dead body is talking”. Still, another says, “From the studio that killed Disco Elsem”.

Even the only disco elaysium opening – the final kit on the steam will appear Negative reviews Accusing ZA/Um stole the studio from its original developers and cut them off. With its reputation, ZA/Um is fighting a great battle that I am not sure he is going to win.
