- Xbox is testing a new feature called Game Hubs
- It shows a stop dashboard for your game when you try to launch it
- Game Hubs are currently available for only a small number of Xbox Internal Persons
If you Xbox Series X | If the Xbox Inspects are part of the Xbox Insider Program, you may have been included in a new feature examination known as Game Hubs.
As reported VGCThe game’s hubs are being presented to the inner people when they choose to launch a game. The game hubs are unique for the game you want to play, and appear as a kind of dashboard before launching the game.
The hub shows information, including the total game time and achievements earned for each individual’s game. There are also tabs for immediate access to DLC purchases and any screenshots you have received.
According to VGC, something hubs – like for one Disney Dream Light Valley – An ‘events’ section can also be shown in which details of future or current game events will be given. Exterior. , Such parts will be displayed as popular direct service titles like Monster Hunter Wildes Or Fortonite.
Currently, this feature is only available for a selected number of Xbox Internal Persons, and it is not yet known whether it will go to the wider Xbox user base.
Personally, this is a feature on which I have found mixed emotions. It is definitely easy to keep a one -stop dashboard for each game. PS5 Games have a similar order on the home dashboard.
However, I think the implementation of PS5 is low, as all this information is presented without opening a separate menu. I am not even a huge fan to dedicate a good portion of the game hub dashboard to showable content.
It will be based on the course by -game game, and the game hubs appear to be default in the ‘play’ button without discount. So at least whenever they are implemented, you can still jump into a game.
And with the way the Xbox dashboard has been developed, it was the best way to add such a feature without the user’s interface’s total overole. For now, I will save the decision until I try the game hubs for myself.
But I can’t shake the feeling that this will be a feature I want to disable very quickly.
